Sticking to basic coverages and run fits, and having our LB's step into open windows. It's amazing how scared HS running backs get, especially at the JV level, when every hole is filled with a different colored helmet. That equals dancing in the backfield, and TFL's #flhsfbchat

Playing balanced D, and focusing on our key reads. Gonna really try to incorporate Joe Daniel "ASKA" into our teaching this season to help with that. Focus on your key read, and you'll get pulled into conflict less. #flhsfbchat

A4: one day of team practice per week. Kids in our area have so many other sports that one night seems to be all we can get out of them. By mid July our varsity starts 7v7 one night a week. #hogfbchat
