I have seen more PE openings this year. Wondering if retirements and young coaches being advised to stay away from PE the last 25 years are making things more difficult?

I have been to and spoken at many clinics over the years but in the end I learned more football drawing on napkins, chalk boards and or white boards with chalk/marker residue on our hands. 💪🏈
