Started off the Fundamentals K-5 Academy with some sharks and minnows to practice cradling and dodging!! #reps

Tonight’s Academy practice has been canceled due to the weather.

Strong finish for Fundamentals Lacrosse Academy with a 10-3 win vs Rotten Apples making it 3-0 for the day at the IL Invitational. Next stop, Autum Gold.

Building those fundamentals from the jump is much easier than correcting bad habits!
