Coaches, PLEASE remember that you have the ability to impact a young person's life both positively and negatively! The gift/calling that God has bestowed upon us isn't for the faint of heart. Keep the main thing, the main thing! Don't lose the plot worrying about W's and L's🙅🏾‍♂️

Jealousy and envy are terrible traits to have. It killed Abel and led Joseph to be enslaved! There is enough shine for everyone. Please don't let your EGO be your AMIGO. This applies to players, coaches, and parents!🤦🏾‍♂️

Basketball recruits & basketball hopefuls, I promise you that if a coach reaches out to you to express interest and you are not interested, it is OK to politely respond with a no thank you. The worst thing that you can do is to leave a coach “unread”. Coaches get promotions too.
