Father Jamrog of Norfolk, Nebraska visited the House to deliver the opening prayer this morning. Thank you for your invocation, Father. 🧵

After Father Jamrog’s prayer, I had the honor of welcoming him to the House. Although he has only been in Norfolk for a short time, he has made a big impact on our community.

Before Speaker Mike Johnson gaveled in today’s session, Father Jamrog and I had the opportunity to visit with the Speaker and the House Chaplain, Margaret Kibben.

Prayers to the Hoffman family! A life well lived Jack! Boy did you live life with purpose! You inspired me and so many others! May you rest in eternal peace! 1 John 3:17 “The world and its desire will pass away but those who do the will of God will live forever”.
