1: Zero Complacency Mack Brown called it a disease. Complacency affects your attitude, actions, and effort. It creeps in quietly when you stop competing. Great teams focus on growth. They eliminate complacency. They know excellence is something you earn every day.

2: Consistency Mack Brown said. “Consistency is a gift...But you can’t have it if you’re complacent.” You are what you consistently do. You don’t rise to your goals - you fall to your habits. Consistency isn't about perfection. It's about discipline. It's about progress.

3: Confidence Mack Brown said. "If you don’t have confidence in this world - you get eaten up." Confidence is the feeling that you are capable. It comes from hard work, self-awareness, and doing hard things. Great teams know: Confidence isn't permanent. It's earned.
