Interesting picture: a pep rally with kids whose parents who have already exercised their school choice! Abbott if a fraud, he gives less than a damn about 80% of Texas kids or families. Vouchers are a scam and a money grab…don’t fall for it

Greg Abbott and his billionaire mega-donors know private school vouchers are unpopular in Texas. So they’ve paid for a poll-tested rebrand to sell their scam. Here’s how to debunk their “school choice” slogan in 90 seconds…

Greg Abbott calls his voucher scam “school choice.” But we already have school choice—neighborhood schools, charters, magnets, academies & more. Vouchers don’t give us choice. Vouchers give our tax dollars to unaccountable private schools that can discriminate against our kids.

There are some self-proclaimed Christians pushing voucher scams. Vouchers take money from public schools and give it to wealthy parents who already send their kids to private school. I can’t think of anything more un-Christian than stealing from the poor to give to the rich.
