Yesterday Freshman Kilan Callahan broke 23 seconds for the first time as he ran 22.85 in the 200m! Congrats Kilan for breaking this massive barrier!

Really cool day today at practice! Vaughn Rutan (Incoming 8th grader) is unable to run at our meet tomorrow so ran a 1600m TT today! He was paced by Coach Sorg who led him to a 5:02.9! That’s a 15 second PR!

What a day from Kennedy Ruff yesterday. She ran 14.79 in the 100H smashing a hurdle in the process. Then she came back for the 400H and ran 1:00.90 which is the 7th fastest 400H in IL History!! Which is the 49th fastest time in the country this year and the 27th best returner!!
