Introducing more free weights to my 8th graders today. Emphasis on spotters and correct form at low weight. Started with CG Bench and Skull Crushers. Kids love it!

Coaches - take a look at this kid. Top of class in academics. Top in state in sacks. One of the best OLB in Dakotas. Hardest worker in the room. Wish you had 11 Kaisen’s on the field. I’m not big on promoting my kids this way but he is criminally under recruited.
