The absolute beautiful thing about potentially not getting your DI or DII offer or call is that there are DIII programs out there that definitely more than rival some of the above. If you see DIII as settling, you may not know the reality of college softball.

Don’t spend so much time addressing weaknesses. Our culture is obsessed with fixing. That only raises your floor + lowers the risk of bottoming out. Focusing on strengths raises your ceiling. It increases potential, and, when done right, also reduces the risk of bottoming out.

Old School - Mental well-being needs to be addressed when it starts inhibiting performance. New School - Proactively invest in mental well-being because it drives high performance. #MVPMind
