Really liked this clip from our session today. Focus- strike timing. Notice michaelmusquiz2025 is able to apply a strong punch without dropping his hands or starting from his chest. All while maintaining a strong base and constant foot fire. No lean over or reach in Mikes punch!

This is a great drill progression to teach against the stutter move. First video is a rep with no hands. I want him setting with space and when he sees me stutter he foot fires (focus on how his feet react to the move) . Second video he stabs on the stutter with a foot fire.

The best offensive minds usually do 3 things exceptionally well: 1) Have an elite understanding of defenses & how to put defenders in conflict 2) Build it all from the QB’s perspective & provide answers 3) Help the OL out by routinely putting them in advantageous positions

Jon Gruden on what makes a great OL coach: • Lifelong learner • Never set in their ways • Compatible under pressure “We’re in there early, late - just trying to get better.” Full course 👇 coachtube.com/course/footbal…

Happy Father’s to all the great fathers out there. I know everyday isn’t easy, but even through the darkest storms you have to show up for those that call you dad. #MostImportantJob #GirlDad

Left his home & came here with nothing as a teenager, worked 6/7 days a week at a restaurant for over 30 years, retired making $14.25 hr. His sacrifice gave us a home & gave us a chance to break generational curses. Happy Father’s Day to the hardest working man I know. #thankful
