In 2019, I first met Ashley & Pearson, among other advocates. AHCA was proposing ABA rate cuts & licensure. It would've been detrimental to families receiving #autism services throughout FL. We rallied & fought back. Today we met to discuss new proposals that will affect ABA.🧵

When I talk about autism, it's personal. My family, along with many others, is impacted on daily basis. It's an unkind diagnosis with implications that last a lifetime. From therapy to specialists to housing to long-term respite, there isn't an end in sight.
