We had a GREAT first half of the summer and these cats really killed it!! Especially in a time during the year where it’s easy to sleep in and not show up… these 4 upheld the standard. Attendance, effort, attitude and work ethic were all 💯

Added in these reactive forward lunges for some rapid decel work today during our lift portion. Paired with some split squat and you got a nice little combo 👌🏻

Best thing I’ve seen in a while… Playing with our kids at the elementary school down the road and one of our incoming freshman hoopers is there working on her game by herself. No cell phone, drawing chalk lines on the cement, intentional skill work. THIS. RIGHT. HERE. 💯
