Mistake Schools are Making! Physical Education should be, by far, the first and most important CORE Class. It’s the only class that helps all other classes. It’s the only class that can impact physical longevity in life. We now need PE Teachers to yell louder to be heard!

Many coaches would crumble in the situation that I am in… When I was hired we had nothing. Have to problem solve way before I can dream. No textbook prepared me for this. Logistics and exercise selection are EVERYTHING.

Pulled these out of the recently deleted after reading Brandon Davis, CSCS post on coaching middle school… Minimal equipment. Imperfect reps. Constant redirection. Nothing “optimal” about our program. Many coaches would walk through the front door and run out the back…
