So much is focused on velocity development, but the thing is is you can do pitching development. First picture is in October in the second picture is after three months Stop only training for localized velocity and train to actually have globalized weapons

I love seeing all these videos from these velocity development centers. And then the kids come in here and their throw 8 miles an hour slower than when they’re getting videoed for Twitter. Especially the velocity places that use underweight balls lol

Really proud of this kid! Started wrestling in ninth grade and in his junior year went 43-7 and finished 6th in state! Just an absolutely grinder
