Head high or lower wins games. When HS kids weigh 150lbs they’re not leaving the yard. Learn to control the barrel and hit balls HARD low. Everyone can catch a flyball. The LA aspect of the game is taking situational at bats away. Kids can’t execute a groundball the other way.
