We all focus on being resentful or upset about what we want, but don’t have… but how often do you think about how grateful you are for some of the things that you are blessed not to have? Sometimes what you desire isn’t what’s best for you & sometimes waiting is necessary.

A coach’s job isn’t to collect trophies, it’s to shape lives. Your players will forget specific drills or plays, but they’ll never forget how you believed in them when they struggled, or pushed them harder than they thought they could go. That’s the true legacy of coaching.
