Great showing for the Mens team at the Rice Invitational finishing 4th overall. Mason McFeeters was the top finisher placing 22nd in the University division.

Great weekend !Got to watch 4 former XC runners run today in their meets. Also got to talk with Coach Yarrow . He is one of the many coaches that I have picked their brains over the year and helped me get better. Exited to watch the university of Saint Thomas bright XC future !

In a world where we get caught up on titles, fake names, and self proclaimed attributes - now, more than ever, people need to realize that it’s never about the title, rather, what you choose to do with it. It’s not enough to be called something - you have to + live it!

I just don’t understand people that want to spend time doing something without the drive to be the best at it. I just don’t. My brain doesn’t ’participate’ in things like that.
