Starting off Indoors as normal, Dart lit up the Men’s 5K running a time of 14:49.12. Done on a flat 200m track, the conversion takes his time to 14:39.70 to achieve the National B Standard Qualifying Mark. This performance also betters his own School Record 🔷🔶
