Our Knight of the Night at the Legend Relays was Rae David! Rae was not supposed to run and had a workout before team breakfast, but stepped up and had 2 first placed finishes, a new PR in the 800M and was part of a record setting DMR team! We are so proud of you Rae!

It’s Meet Day! The Lady Knights will host the Leo Lions in an NE8 matchup this evening at East Noble High School! One of the last home activities before the turf and track are replaced! Field events and 4x8 start at 5:30. Go Knights!

Our Knight of the Night is Emily Ramsey! She’s our soft spoken senior hurdler who has worked tremendously at her event and has gotten better each meet! Her 100M hurdle race today was beyond impressive! We are so proud of you Emily! Your hard work is paying off!

Our Knight of the Night was freshman Ashley Eggering! In her first ever track meet, Ashley jumped to a 3rd place finish in high jump and raced to a 3rd place finish in the 200M dash! We are so proud of you Ashley!
