We added three basketball players and one wrestler to our roster this week (now at 98). Here 6’3” varsity starter Cooper Bridges is doing assisted plyos for the first time. He will learn to do them with less bend in the knees.

AJ Parker with a critical punt block for Kansas State. 2⭐ HS prospect from Oklahoma with 3 FBS offers. Tracking Football - 4.4/5.0 PAI (96%), 3 yr 🏀 starter, 3rd in T&F state meet. His 6'10" high jump PR is the top mark of all Big 12 CB in past 35 years.

Additional note on this play is Kentucky QB Terry Wilson gets up after being tackled to run down McCreary and nearly stops him. Wilson ran 22.11 200m and was member of state qualifying 4x100 and 4x200 relays in HS.

This is what happens when you draft track speed. Devin Duvernay ran the fastest HS 100m dash of all 2020 NFL Draft picks & was over .10 faster than 2nd place. He's been flying on the track since freshman year, no surprise he does it on the football field.

If there is 1 exercise that has given our athletes the biggest return➡️ Speed Bounds. Takes time to master but worth the investment➡️ compliments rhythmic sprinting & “floats”. Our best can handle a 15-20m run in & speed bound for 60m (6 total reps) Sprint Science Triton Sprints

Great visual of the pairing that Cal Dietz talked about in his TFC presentation and his zoom podcast last night! Thanks Dustin!

Track starts up again Monday. Happy to be back in any capacity. Been looking back through some of the last workouts we did before shutdowns. Yeah I'll admit it. I miss this.
