Train bodies for the work required of them. For our Throws program at Graceland University we lift to throw & we throw to go farther. I also stress Agility, Balance, & Coordination because strength alone will not get the job done w/out injury for the athlete. Be full-body nimble!

If you have kids K-12 let them PLAY. We are seeing young athletes that cannot balance themselves, walk a straight line, perform a jump-stop, touch the floor from a standing position, or twist at the waist. Sitting around on a phone, video games, or computer for years is bad.

MORE OF THIS❣️1st—High School athletes need to support their high school athletic teams. It is better for their communities than being in a single sport year round. 2nd—Being a multi sport athlete is best for your body! We see fewer injuries in college & stronger athletes🥰
