Being unemployed during the holiday season is uncomfortable, overwhelming and a bit dark waking up at 3:00AM, heart racing, pacing the hallway. Thoughts like, “What am I going to do?”, “What does the future look like?” If this is you, this might help. linkedin.com/posts/bob-alej…

The transdisciplinary High Performance Model is the best athlete performance and health care delivery system. Evidently, no degree/certification (PhD, CSCS, SCCC, DAT, DPT) affirms the best Director. But GREAT LEADERSHIP does! Mismanagement = Dysfunction. doi.org/10.4085/1062-6…

Winning? The way to keep rollin' is to remember this: Success is momentary. Intent never leaves the building! Don't, I repeat, don't attach your worth to the external because you won't win every time. Attach your confidence to your intentions, efforts and what you owe yourself!

Here again, the leaders in sports nutrition at International Society of Sports Nutrition (ISSN), keep us informed and up-to-date on the impact of sports nutrition on performance. But also of the history of nutrition science in relationship to the present!

Unpopular opinion: your eccentrics are too slow and/or too light. Tempo eccentrics add time under tension but very little to eccentric qualities in sports. Eccentrics actions that make a difference in sport are mostly fast and/or high force.

I'd say the overwhelming majority of people are in this group Ken Vick! I'm not saying that slow and light ecc has no affect, but not the effect you think is happening and is not. Reminder- if your concentric strength is increasing, so is your eccentric.
