Phillips Exeter vs. Brunswick School Standout: Rhaki Lum A new name for me - Rhaki Lum! A big, physical, combo guard that finishes well around the rim, has real wiggle off the bounce, + loves to compete defensively. Solid prospect for Brunswick Basketball!

Phillips Exeter vs. Berkshire School Standout: Logan Rodriguez The 6’7” Berkshire Basketball forward’s recruitment has gone up lately & it’s easy to see why. He’s really skilled, moves well in space, knocks down catch & shoot 3’s, & dominates in the mid-post + along the baseline.

Tabor Academy vs. Noble & Greenough Standout: Zach Baum The 6’8” Nobles Boys Basketball forward continues to make high IQ plays w/ the ball in his hands. His motor is up, he’s finishing plays through contact, rebounding in traffic, & can initiate offense from the high post w/ the ball.

Newman School vs. Brewster Academy Standout: Reece Ayala All of Jason Smith guards were good, but Ayala impressed with his activity level on the defensive end of the floor. At 6’4”, he has a good frame & is a plus athlete w/ the tools to be a lockdown defender.

Berkshire School vs. Governor’s/Hopkins Standout: Magezi Nkugwa With all the good guards in the gym this weekend, he still stood out w/ his athleticism & defensive intensity. The Governor’s Academy Basketball guard is a tough scorer in the mid-range, has good burst, & locks up defensively.

Phillips Exeter vs. St. Mark’s Standout: Donovan Clement College coaches who want a sleeper in ‘27 should look at the St. Mark’s Boys Basketball forward! Shot up from 6’5” to almost 6’9” in 6 months, runs the floor, blocks shots, & has some offensive versatility out to the perimeter.

Berkshire School vs. Kent School Standout: Seediya Jabbi My first live look at Jabbi didn’t disappoint. The Kent School Basketball forward is 6’5” w/ super long arms & so much defensive versatility. Guards up & down a lineup, protects the rim, + keeps ball-handlers out of the paint.

That’s a wrap for me from Babson College after another terrific NEPSAC ® Showcase! Will have some final thoughts later today, Sunday Standouts tomorrow, & articles at Prep Hoops New England throughout the week!

Last thought… I’d be remiss if I didn’t thank the NEPSAC ® and Babson College. As a coach, scout, & fan of the game, there’s nothing better than getting to watch student-athletes chase their dreams while spending the weekend w/ other coaches, scouts, & fans from all over the globe. 🏀
