585 for a single, pretty solid for not Deadlifting for about 4-5 months. Prior to this I hit Barbell Box Speed Squats for 4x2 to get primed up. Kept speed above .80m/s

Hit Safety Bar Box Squat today and keeping the average velocity above a .35m/s. Always progressing the load while maintaining your velocity you set for that day. Here was my last set at 405 for 2. Speeds of .50m/s & .45m/s.

Some Speed Bench today, first time in a while! It’s usually my kryptonite but felt pretty solid. Started at 40 percent of my 1RM and progressed from there and hit 4x3 staying above .90m/s with roughly 50lbs total band tension. This was my third set at 180lbs.

Max effort bench today with the Cambered Bar. Pressed on the board side which is equal to a 1.5-2 board to reduce the range of motion all while having a neutral grip to take some stress of the shoulders. Here is some overload work with the slingshot at 415lbs.
