In April of 2024 (after 4 great years) I resigned from teaching/coaching in Big Lake to pursue a career in admin. When the summer contact period came around in June of 2024 I immediately missed being in a gym. Today I was back in a gym doing what I love at Roseville H.S.

Spent the 2nd day of the no-contact period watching coaching videos while making homemade tortillas for the first time thanks to TikTok. The tortillas turned out great and this presentation by Coach Tauer was outstanding!

I always love when kids want to stay after our workouts! I also loved listening to the conversation between the different ages (1 senior, 1 sophomore, and the rest 8th graders). This is how we are going to build our program in “The Ville” through relationships and hard work!

#1 Priority on constructing my Back to School agenda as a MS Administrator

This weekend I drove my daughter to Florida to begin her first year of med school. It took 2 gap years + another to get her Masters in Medicine. Seeing her achieve this dream due to her own perseverance & belief in herself makes us so proud. She is going to be an amazing doctor!

I’ve really enjoyed getting to know Carter Brenden this summer and am looking forward to watching him have an outstanding senior season this winter! 6’5” shooting guard with great range and can score a variety of ways.

Great scrimmage tonight in “the Ville”. Two teams working hard to make each other better for next season. Thank you Coach Jihad for bringing your talented North High Community Polars over to our place!
