2 part question that really grinds my gears,in the college basketball world. 1.When did it become so acceptable to treat GA and managers like shit? 2. Why is it still that way? Can we please change this! Some if not most of these kids work harder than most of the coaches.

Love to hear the stories this time of year of coaches threatening their team that because the team is bad that they cant wait to get rid of all of them and recruit a whole new team for next year You got paid to put the team together. Maybe coach. Paying for the #SinsOfTheSummer

Do wins and losses determine how you treat your team? Does a 3 game winning streak mean they should get more and 3 game losing streak mean less. I feel like the term loser gets thrown around a lot this time of year towards kids. We forget so easily why we are in this business.

Had one of my favorite conversations with a coach yesterday. Kid dropped 20 on them. I get a text: Coach:"Why didn't you tell me about him." Me: "I did like 3 times, check your text" Coach: "Man I really messed that one up, my bad"

One thing that has become an interesting trend is the same coaches who complain about the portal and the players making money are the same ones who's players are signing with the same agency that represent the coach......

It’s crazy to me how many college basketball coach’s don’t attend their players graduation ceremonies. I had a coach text me the other day: “Layups > homework”. The sad part is I don’t get mad anymore I just feel like it’s normal. CHOOSE WHERE YOU PLAY WISELY.

Talk to them coach. It’s crazy how many coaches keep their kids from out events because they are more worried about winning JUCO games than their kids getting life changing opportunities. Tom Parks always looks out for kids 1st.

I want to give a shout out to all the college coaches who are currently running to Target to buy cleaning supplies and having to clean apartments and dorm rooms for their kids to move into. Yall actually coach about 3-5% of your job. I salute you.
