Got my fat pants on and ready to go! Happy Thanksgiving to all!

11:13- So far we 3 smoked meat cookies , two cajun crackers of smoked cream cheese, and two peices of pork belly down... Going with the game plan...graze again at prolly 12:15. Main event at 2:00 Stay tuned

11:47 update: So far staying to the game plan, although someone has brought out some pretty good looking rice crispy treat thing with chocolate chips... Tempting... Guess I'm going to go to the back deck and breathe some fresh air. #StuggleBus

12:12 update: Small house walk and some hydration have changed the plan...kinda like scripting a series in football and your first play gets you all the way inside the red zone... So we are gonna skip the 12:15 graze and push it back to 12:45. Getting closer... :-)

12:45 Turkeys are at 162 and 145 degrees. 30 min rest afterwards. The plan is coming together!

Final update: 1:50. First plate going down. Kinda sad about the absence of a key dish, but I'm going to step up next year and supply it. Happy turkey day!

This coaching decision drama is absolutely bonkers.
