Just talked to a travel coach who told a player to commit to one of her offers—because it was the right fit, not just the biggest one. The family and coach were on the same page: chasing the “highest offer” wasn’t what mattered. Refreshing in today’s recruiting world.

17u players…for most of you, today is you last day playing AAU basketball. Your parents have spent thousands, used vacation time, worked in the car and from hotels, been nervous for you, and have had many sleepless nights. Thank them, hug them, tell them you love them.

"AAU is over. Now it's real." If you're a high school player with legit offers on the table, it's time to take a serious look. Don't gamble with your future waiting on something that might not come. Coaches have already seen what they need to see. Your next chapter starts now!

To the players: DO NOT TOUCH A BASKETBALL FOR THE NEXT 1-2 weeks.. Even In college you still have to let your body recover. You basically grinded out a “Mid February/march” schedule in college. Over the past 2 months. Refocus& Take care of your body & mind. Enjoy the summer

STOP DRIBBLING IN ONE SPOT Playing off the catch is simple. On the catch it’s Shot, DRIVE, or pass. If you see space and choose to drive- that drive is downhill towards the rim. If you can’t shoot it or drive, then move the ball and keep the offense moving.
