I booked extra comfort flights to Maui on Alaska Airlines. Alaska Airlines moved my flight to Hawaiian Airlines. Hawaiian Airlines won't honor the fact that I paid for "extra comfort" and is requiring me to pay again. Alaska says this is an IT issue and can't fix it. YOU OWN BOTH AIRLINES!!!

So Alaska Airlines… our flight on Hawaiian Airlines is delayed by 4 hours. Hawaiian Airlines knew this at 1 AM and did not send notice. The big board at the airport still said on time when we arrived. All I’m asking for is a lounge voucher and am being told no.

All for safety. I don’t think a heads up to passengers when you knew this was the case at 1 AM is too much to ask for.
