If somebody is telling you not to do form shooting. It’s “outdated” Run away, run far away. Obviously yes game speed shooting drills/game speed shooting reps is always paramount. But you don’t bail on consistent repetitive teaching yourself/warm up. Correct Reps Remove Doubt.

There’s great coaches in HS and club. ?-Is, is learning the game-phys/mental dev. happening? We ALWAYS want to win, but exmpl-I’d rather go Man-D, learn and lose than“win!”playing 2-3 zone in summer. Esp w/young kids. Also Ppl don’t value gm speed prax reps/shots/skills vs. 40gms
