Responded to a cold email 13 years ago when he was an assistant at Rockford College in Illinois. Now the guy is coaching at the DI level. Been a grinder on the road over the past ten plus summers. #TeamMEB

Cam was my son’s camp instructor before getting mysteriously ill. His diagnosis has rocked our program. Any support would be much appreciated. #FightingSaints

PLAYERS: You need to have a Go-To move. When coaches watch you play, scout, or evaluate you, what do they see? •Can you go middle with both hands? •Can you pivot both directions? •How are your feet? Do the simple stuff at a high level to elevate your game.

Coach “KB” knows how to connect with people, is a diligent worker, and is loyal to the core. Now leading a D2 program as a header, big things are coming for his program

One of my go-to drills for years. Use it both with my college players and within our MEB camps. Benefits: •Each player can get reps at their own pace and level. •Start simple and get really advanced. •Build conditioning while keeping players on the move.

Coach Nelson jumped on #TeamMEB in the early days. Has impacted countless programs around the Midwest. High level guy who leads with positive energy. “Nelly” is one of the good guys in the coaching industry.

Ouray is one of the dopest places I have ever been. "Switzerland of America" is what is known as. Epic views. Wonderful people. Energetic young basketball players. Been blessed to direct this camp for multiple summers. #TeamMEB

"Bergy" was instrumental during the peak of our satellite camps. Guy is a hell of a coach. Grateful for the years he spent working camps with #TeamMEB.

Had to dust the sneakers off for this one. Footwork made my game work. Skill development cannot be neglected during the season. Grow your game daily. Small improvements will compound into large gains.

Coach Arnold is one of the more well rounded staff members MEB has had. Wise beyond his years, always willing to give back, and a great dude to spend time with. Any coach or player who has interacted with him knows the impact he makes. Appreciate his summers with #TeamMEB

Have always enjoyed being on the court 1 on 1 with players; especially with the bigs. So much room to improve as a young post player. Take this simple drill and incorporate it into your skill development.

Was blessed to work with Coach Fearing at Central Wyoming. She is a hard worker who really cares for her players. Doing some big things in her first head coaching gig at the NCAA level. #TeamMEB

As the season grinds on, finding ways to get up game like shots can be a challenge. This is a simple drill to work on various shots you will see in games.

Coaches, reach out to me directly about our Midwest Elite Bball summer camps. We’ve been doing this for a long time. Would love to add some more HS programs to our 2025 schedule.

Surreal to think how many communities and players we have impacted over the past 19 summers. #TeamMEB coaches are built different: lots of time on the road, camps in rural locations, hotel life, hot gyms, and time away from family. All for our love of the game and giving back.

Missing my time on the MEB camp tour. Been a staple of my summer for the past 19 years. Networking, on court development, seeing new places, and the freedom that comes living on the road. #TeamMEB for life!

Any high school players who want a high academic, small Catholic college experience in a beautiful place to live, reach out to me. We value 4-year guys. We value development. We value getting your Carroll degree. #FightingSaints

One of the highlights of my summer so far. Got to direct and lead the Carroll College day camp. Developing the youth is a high priority of my current basketball journey. Blessed to have this opportunity. #FightingSaints

Surreal the longevity MEB has had since 2006: Coaches have changed. Athletes have changed. Competition has evolved. Still going strong doing what we do best: developing programs at the grass roots. #TeamMEB
