Congratulation Shepp on retiring from coaching. Forever thankful for you being the 1st coach to give me my shot to be more than a workout partner. I would never have advanced in the coaching ranks past 10 years coaching like I did. I’ll keep the “#BoroBuiltSystem” alive.

IT MATTERS! • Looking people in the eye matters • Firm handshakes matter • Holding the door open for others matters • Keeping your word matters • Doing the “little” things matters • Loving yourself (& others), matters • IT ALL MATTERS!

Ready to start my summer reading off with “The 10X Rule” by Grant Cardone. Looking forward to using the ideas and lessons in the book to better myself as a parent, educator, coach.

I made a 2-page document on how to gain weight with ease. This is exactly how I was able to gain 10 lbs in 2 weeks at JUCO. I'm giving it away for FREE. Want it? Like & RT and I'll send it over to you (3-Days Only) *Must be following me

Some basic "human stuff" I am randomly thinking about: If someone reaches out to you, reply. Don't wait 5 days and be "too busy". If you're hired to do a job, do a GREAT job. If you can't do a great job, get better. If someone is talking, LISTEN. Don't talk over them. Be

Pre-Season Truth: What an athlete does or doesn’t do during the summer will have a massive impact on the type of season they have. WIN THE DAY!

A player can be great but not necessarily great for a specific program. Do your homework/research before telling a coach that a player will enhance their program or make an immediate impact. If you don’t, you will lose all credibility quickly.

I feel for all of these Alderson Broaddus athletes decommitting/transferring a month before school should start because the university is closing its doors. Another school gone in an alarming trend of universities closing its doors to financial reasons.

Players! STOP announcing offers on social media! It's DISRESPECTFUL to the school and coaches that offered you. The "blessed to receive an offer from" is HOT GARBAGE!!! If you felt so blessed, you'd be announcing you're committed to that school. You're doing it for ATTENTION.

Every time I talk to one of my former college teammates, we always say, I love you. Your teammates in high school are your buddies. Your teammates in college are your brothers.

I've had a Private Strength & Conditioning club for 20+ years. A few yrs ago a Football players showed up at 4 PM, I asked him why he's here early when he normally trains w/ his team. "It's not a big deal" he replied. "Actually, it is. I don't want to be known as the guy

There are two ways to build excitement around a program when a new coaching staff comes in: Organic = Build a winning program and they will come. External = Bring people together right away through vision and relationships. ——————————— Here are our external ideas to
