The fact that you've been part of the industry so long really makes me wonder why you need reminding. If you're side stage at someone else's show, fucking stand there and listen. Don't skirt the stage, damaging equipment you cabbage headed fuck.

Going over some previous work-related grievances and I don't think there's anything more unprofessional and hurtful, (if you knew the clients well), than being aired/ghosted and finding out they have found a new creative through socials/other means. Respect your creatives.

It’s satisfying to hear more and more artists thank their media team on tours and at festivals. WE’RE AS MUCH A PART OF THE CREW AS ANYONE ELSE.
