Part 2- Scoring at Friday of this year's state meet. On the track, our 4 x 200(Tollari,Grove,Seehase and Dufoe) placed 3rd in an exciting finish and Elise took 4th in 400H. #IronSharpensIron. .

Finishing up a video recap of our State Championship. We started Saturday behind, but knew we had potential to score a lot of points on the final day, starting with the sprint med(Tollari,Seehase,Grove and Coghlan) which ran a school record 1:49.22, taking 9th. #IronSharpensIron

Our shuttle hurdle relay(Nelson,Smyth,Coghlan and Dufoe) started our Saturday state meet scoring with a 1st place finish, State Meet Record-1:01.15, the fastest non-4A shuttle hurdle relay in state history-ENJOY. #IronSharpensIron

Josi and Elise finished 1-2 in the 100 hurdles, scoring 18 huge points to put us in the lead as a team. Josi ran 14.50 and Elise 14.55, both breaking the school record, These girls lived out #IronSharpensIron for sure!!!!
