Angioleiomyoma, cavernous type: ▫️Benign, painful (50%), solitary ▫️Well circumscribed/encapsulated ▫️Dilated vascular channels whose walls are difficult to distinguish from the intervascular smooth muscle ▫️"Staghorn" vessels ▫️DDx myopericytoma, cavernous hemangioma... #BSTPath
