Summer Schedule

I struggled with this going from collegiate S&C to HS. I’ve won State COY/Program of Excellence, and I’m literally free of charge to any team at my school but some coaches and athletes don’t utilize me. Different levels of care at HS level. Focus on who’s there, not who isn’t!

Here is a video of NFL players at practice doing the agility ladder. So yea, I do the ladder with athletes. I don’t build a speed program around it. I don’t really even like it. BUT it’s my job to prepare athletes for SUCCESS in practice which hopefully leads to games.
