Absolutely DELIGHTED Lloyd Martin who has Downs Syndrome completes the London Marathon in 6.46 with mum Ceri becoming the youngest person EVER to run a marathon in category of runner with intellectual impairment, creating a new Guinness World Record Special Olympics Mencap Cymru
