Girls 🎾 FINAL: Oskaloosa 9, Centerville 0 Centerville was shorthanded tonight with only four girls so only six matches were played. Good start for the Indians as they open conference play against Indianola on Thursday.

The Lady Dutch work through the midday sun to take down North Polk 9-2. Abby, Addison, Reagan, Addi, Ellie, and Macy lead a singles sweep and we took the W at 1-3 doubles.

Back out at the Oskaloosa (1-1) courts today as we have LHC girls tennis matchup between the Indians and Newton (0-3). Four of the last six meetings have been decided by one match so we should have another good one today.

Girls 🎾 FINAL: Newton 6, Oskaloosa 5 Another Osky vs Newton dual comes down to the last match. Cardinals led 4-2 after singles before the Indians rallied to tie it at 5-5. Newton edged out the final doubles match to secure the win.

Fun day at the first Tulip City Tussle. Pella takes home first out of 16 teams led by a runner-up doubles finish by Abby Hietbrink and Addi Namminga and third place finish from Addison Van Wyk and Reagan DeJong.

Oskaloosa finishes 13th at the Tulip City Tussle. Good experience for the Indians facing a very loaded field. Loghan Edgar bounced back after starting 0-2 to win her last three matches to win the C flight in singles play.

Pella Christian takes 10th at the Tulip City Tussle with a couple of strong showings. Ava Breems fell in a super tiebreaker in her opening match and would bounce back by winning five straight matches to take home 9th in singles.

Back on the tennis courts on another beautiful evening as Oskaloosa hosts #2 Pella in LHC play.

The Lady Dutch roll to the 11-0 win over Osky with some especially crafty netplay in doubles. Special shout out to Piper on her first varsity dual win at 5 doubles!
