Off season intentions & actions say a lot about you. Missing workouts with no communication, being late & always making excuses eliminates a lot of players from leadership roles. Leaders show up & do hard things; they hold themselves & others accountable and they lead by example!

😮‍💨 at these mile times! We test every 3 weeks in off season & it’s all about being 1% better. The mental toughness, the grit, the don’t want to, but we do it anyways! Love these kids that compete no matter what it is! Best times overall in program history. Nobody above 8:00!

We are heartbroken by the devastation caused by the flooding in the Kerrville area. Our teams are staying close to the hardest-hit areas & we will continue to provide support as these tragic situations evolve. We hold compassion & strength for those who have been impacted.

Our hearts are heavy as we pray for those affected by the devastating floods in the Hill Country. We pray for miracles & that you would comfort those families whom have lost everything & wrap up those precious kids from camp & bring them to safety🙏🏻

So here I am reading about the tragedy of the flood and these little sweet girls from Camp Mystic and my heart breaks for their families. I’m about to weep. And then as I scroll it’s all hate, and division and blaming this person and that organization and I just want to say SHUT
