Summer learning in action! At the Indian Village Outdoor Education Center, our Summer Experience students explored the creek, discovered local species, and learned how water pollution affects our environment. This incredible hands-on experience connects education with nature

On our newest Summer Experience pathway, zoology, students had the privilege of welcoming author Daniel Bernstrom to Ecole Kenwood! Daniel shared the magic of pairing imagination with rhyme in writing. He even signed copies of his book One Day in the Eucalyptus, Eucalyptus Tree!

A cohort of 43 educators from CCS gathered at Columbus Scioto 6-12 for the Korda Institute’s Fellowship for 21st Century Teaching & Learning. This immersive experience is designed to help educators rethink how they teach by tackling real-world problems. bit.ly/4krZiHS
