Toucan class has had a very busy Spring Term so far, celebrating Children’s Mental Health Week, exploring expressive painting, neon dancing and time to relax, reflect and express ourselves. #childrensmentalhealthweek

Jaguar Class has absolutely loved the opportunity to meet the chicks this week. We have learnt about and drawn the life cycle of a chick, and after watching some hatch earlier in the week, we got to hold them today. Big smiles all round!

Some pupils in Giraffe class got the opportunity to take part in the President's sports club event. The students had a great time, especially as we got to meet the world famous champion Frank Bruno.

During Pride Week, Wednesday’s colour was yellow which symbolises overcoming challenges and being proud of our friends. In Jet class, we have been talking about how to be a good friend.

Reading is FUN that’s why the Sapphires will always find time to read at home and at college! The students of Sapphire class enjoyed World Book Day 2023.

Some of our students had a wonderful afternoon last week with Essex Therapy Dogs. They met, Ella the most beautiful golden retriever. She is 4 and has even been a Crufts dog! They particularly liked it when they said “Bang!” and Ella fell to the ground and rolled on her back!

Some pupils have had lots of fun this afternoon taking part in water. Some enjoyed a relaxing foot bath, whilst others found it amusing getting their peers and adults wet. 📷📷
