Just basking in the setting sun with 4 Regiment Army Air Corps. 🚁🚢🌊 #PWLSatSea #GunshipsonWarships

A privilege to join Babergh and Mid Suffolk Ditrict Council 4 Regiment Army Air Corps for #ArmedForcesWeek Flag Raising at Wattisham today

The heavy metal thunder of 4 Regiment Army Air Corps Apache gunships has left HMS Prince of Wales after two fruitful weeks for the ship and Army Air Corps in the Bristol and English Channels. The tankbusters earned their sea legs as air and ground yet got used to RN life. ow.ly/nU3f50FfOZ9

We're marking #ArmedForcesWeek by sharing the stories of some of our brilliant #EastAnglian #Reservists. This week marks Armed Forces Week and I want to pay tribute to those serving across our armed forces. We have many personnel stationed across the Bury St Edmunds constituency, including at British Army Attack Aviation 4 Regiment Army Air Corps where I visited last Summer. Thank you all for your service.

Thank you to all our soldiers, their families, veterans and the Armed Forces community on #ArmedForcesDay2021 British Army 🇬🇧

Fly along with us in 360 VR as we launch at sunset from the deck of HMS Prince of Wales, demonstrating the potent capability of @1st_Aviation Air Vice-Marshal Alastair Smith #apache #maritimestrike. #flyfightlead 360 Apache | 4 Regiment Army Air Corps | British Army youtu.be/FezUaLswQr0 via YouTube

656 Squadron, 4 Regiment The Army Air Corps #Apache pilots have been practicing take-off and landing skills with the HMS Prince of Wales. You can watch the stunning 360-degree footage on our YouTube channel: ow.ly/ZFpO50Fl5f7 #CombatAviation #PWLSatSea @1st_Aviation

Fascinating insight from Major Tony Thompson JHC, Qualified Helicopter Instructor & Apache pilot since 2002, on operating from aircraft carrier HMS Prince of Wales while training crews from 656 Sqn, 4AAC. Thankyou HMS Prince of Wales #CombatAviation #FlyFightLead Air Vice-Marshal Alastair Smith @1st_Aviation

Yesterday I had the privilege of chairing my last @ArmyBAME Ntwk Committee mtg, 6 yrs after inception. I’m so proud of the volunteers who’ve done so much to help British Army 🇬🇧 accelerate D&I progress. Lt Col Alf Dewa now has the reins and is in for a treat.

Me voilà: at #EPNER (🇫🇷 test pilots’ school) for graduation. This year, EPNER is 75 years old; its parent organization Direction générale de l'armement 🇫🇷 is 60. The officers, SNCOs & civilians of the “Class of Georges Varin” are students from 🇫🇷 🇺🇸 🇪🇸 🇮🇹 & our own 🇬🇧 The Army Air Corps 🚁 pilot. Félicitations!

Happy Eid to our serving soldiers and their families. 7 Avn Sp Bn REME @1st_Aviation The Royal Logistic Corps RLC Corps Sergeant Major instagram.com/p/CRjGMSUhSrj/…

On Friday I handed over command of Wattisham Flying Station to Col Dave Amlot MBE. It has been a huge honour and privilege to serve the Wattisham and Attack Helicopter community over the last 19 years and I wish you all the best in the future. @1st_Aviation The Army Air Corps
