By the way, the great college coaches turnout last weekend has led to me being on the phone all day with college coaches. Traveling the country is a big part of AAU, but playing in front of your home coaches as much as possible is what leads to scholarship offers.

Was reminded this morning of an AAU pet peeve of mine. When your game is finished, clean up your bench and go have your post game talk somewhere else. The bench while the next team is waiting to play, is not the place for your post game meeting.

Nothing more fun in sports than watching an APEX PREDATOR in their element. We’ve got one on the Sartell girls softball team. Been an absolute blast watching Marni Koosman play softball this spring. For my money she’s the conference MVP, Pitcher of the Year, and All State.
