A new success story in the work to create more affordable housing in So. Nevada. The "Heirloom by Pebble" complex has opened. There are 195 units for low-income seniors.. #ClarkCounty's contribution was $9.3 million. Bureau of Land Management - National conveyed the land where the complex was built.

It was wonderful to be part the grand opening of Heirloom at Pebble, OvationPropertyMgt' 16th affordable senior housing community with 195 new homes. Clark County Nevada was instrumental in this project, providing nearly $10 million in funding. bit.ly/4l1smax
