In honor of Autism Awareness Day, I joined Commissioner Raquel A. Regalado and other elected officials to announce Neuro-Inclusive County Services Days - a step toward greater accessibility and inclusion. We remain committed to the safety of our neurodiverse residents by continuing to enroll families


In honor of #AutismAcceptanceMonth, Commissioner Raquel A. Regalado partnered with Anthony Rodriguez and the constitutional officers to announce the launch of Miami-Dade County Neuro-Inclusive Service Days. This initiative will expand access to essential services for neurodiverse residents in #OurCounty.


Commish Commissioner Raquel A. Regalado on Miam-Dade's prior flush budgets: "Our residents have tightened their belts. It’s time we tighten our belts. A lot of the things created during the pandemic must die."

Good figures here on spending growth in the general fund in Miami-Dade (and payroll). Commissioner Raquel A. Regalado said staff reductions are coming as county tries to balance its 2026 budget.


#CommitteeMinute: On Wednesday, June 25, Appropriations Committee Chair Commissioner Raquel A. Regalado and Government Efficiency and Transparency Ad Hoc Committee Chair Commissioner Juan Carlos Bermudez held a joint meeting.
