This is how much we as a country value the lives of vulnerable people. Those MPs who voted for #AssistedDying think this country safeguards and values vulnerable people, this is not true. This case is just another damning indictment of a culture of complacency and indifference.

Calls for help were heard but not acted on. No one checked behind closed doors. It is not safe to be a vulnerable person in the UK.

Exactly, those at the top of an organisation set the culture. Asking staff to do the impossible. Clearly, things are very wrong, but the same rotton apples keep getting the top jobs. The public are put at risk, and every #Whistleblower is destroyed for daring to speak out.
