When people face mental health challenges, many turn to church first. But most churches aren’t equipped to respond, so we’re providing churches with the tools & training they need. We believe the Church can lead in mental wellness, not by doing it all, but by walking alongside.

What does mental wellness look like in a church? At The Congregational Collective, we believe faith communities can be powerful places of connection, care, and healing. Not by doing it all, but by showing up with presence and compassion. #FaithAndWellness #MentalWellness

Presence matters. Conversations matter. Compassion matters. As part of Mental Health Awareness Month, we affirm the power of faithful relationships to foster mental wellness in our communities. Together, we are building ministries where no one faces struggle alone.

Hope for the hurting. Healing for the weary. Belonging for the isolated. This Mental Health Awareness Month, we lift up the church’s role in offering all three. Every conversation, every connection, every act of care makes a difference. #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth

The world feels heavy for many. But faith offers a way through, not around, mental wellness struggles. Churches have a calling to walk alongside people in pain — honestly and with hope. #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth #FaithAndWellness livinglutheran.org/2025/05/perspe…

Faith and mental wellness aren’t separate. Therapists and churches alike are bridging gaps, creating care that sees the whole person — mind, body, and spirit. #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth #FaithAndWellness catholicreview.org/catholic-menta…

When people are struggling, they turn to those they trust. That’s why the role of the church in mental wellness is essential. As Rev. Murillo reminds us, if not us, then who? #FaithCommunities #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth

This month, and every month, we honor the pastors, ministers, and lay leaders who open their doors—and their hearts—to those in need.

Churches already hold the trust, the community, and the care. Equipping faith leaders with tools for mental wellness isn’t extra, it’s essential. This piece points to the opportunity we’re working to meet. #FaithAndWellness #MentalWellnessMatters relevantmagazine.com/life5/wellness…

Mental wellness starts with being able to talk about it. In too many churches, silence and stigma still dominate. Training, partnership, and honesty can change that. We see it happening, and we believe it can scale. #MentalWellness #FaithLeaders relevantmagazine.com/life5/wellness…

Connection. Consistency. Compassion. Churches are already built for all three. Let’s equip them not just to pray, but also to respond, to be safe harbors of real care. This work can’t wait. #FaithAndMentalHealth #CommunityHealing relevantmagazine.com/life5/wellness…
