As 2024 concludes, we look back on a successful year for our union. One when we fought consistently for our members and for workers our members and for workers in Ireland. 2025 will be no different. Nollaig shona daoibh. Happy Christmas one and all.

In 2025, there will be more pay rises for Connect members. Mechanical workers will see an increase for 10 year service. We'll have increases for apprentices, for training allowances and for the hourly rates of pay. And we will be negotiating again for increases for electricians.
