Today, on the 25th anniversary of the Chicago Heat Wave, I am proud to announce Cook County's Clean Energy Plan. This plan is a continuation of our commitment to environmental justice.

We know that where you live directly impacts your exposure to flooding, local areas of hotter air, poor air + water quality, & ultimately your lifespan. We’ve already made significant progress on implementing clean energy since 2010 and will continue to strive to meet our goals.
